Must-See Panels During New York Comic Con 2024
Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America Inc. (BNTCA) is headed to New York Comic Con 2024 this October 17-20! While attendees can expect a wide assortment of fun activations and goodies, there are also four exciting must-see panels for the diehard fans of DRAGON BALL, GODZILLA, TAMAGOTCHI, and ULTRAMAN!
DRAGON BALL DAIMA SPECIAL PANEL
The Dragon Ball DAIMA Special Panel will take place on Thursday, October 17th, from 12:45 PM – 2:15 PM at the Empire Stage. After the reveal at NYCC last year, the all-new original anime series “Dragon Ball DAIMA” is kicking off this October! To celebrate the 40th anniversary of “Dragon Ball”, we will share the details of the creation behind this wonderous new world. Joined by Akio Iyoku (Executive Producer of the Dragon Ball series), we’re also welcoming Monica Rial, the English voice actor of Bulma, as our host and other special guests. Attendees will be able to see the first episode.
Fans attending the panel will receive a “Dragon Ball DAIMA” T-shirt and a special card from the “Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World!”

FUN WITH TAMAGOTCHI
Fun with Tamagotchi will be taking place on Thursday, October 17th at 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM in Room 408. Join the Bandai Team as they take fans behind the scenes for a conversation about the world of Tamagotchi. Discover how the brand’s Japanese roots have shaped the identity it holds today, get tips on keeping your Tamagotchi healthy, hear about the best-kept secrets for raising a thriving Tamagotchi pet, and win prizes playing Tamagotchi trivia!
GODZILLA VS NYCC: 70 YEARS OF THE KING OF THE MONSTERS
Godzilla vs NYCC: 70 Years of the King of the Monsters will be taking place on Saturday, October 19th, starting from 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM in Room 409. Godzilla stomps its way into NYCC in a panel fit for the King of the Monsters. Join Toho International and Academy Award® Winner Best Visual Effects Takashi Yamazaki (writer, director, and VFX supervisor Godzilla Minus One) as we celebrate 70 years of this pop culture icon and look ahead to what fans can expect during Godzilla Day this November.
The Godzilla vs. NYCC: 70 Years of the King of the Monsters Panel will include a special Q&A with Yamazaki, can't-miss content just for attendees, plus a preview of Godzilla Day 2024 and beyond.

TSUBURAYA PRODUCTIONS: ULTRAMAN’S NEW UNIVERSE
Tsuburaya Productions: Ultraman’s New Universe will take place on Sunday, October 20th, from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM in Room 409. Join Christopher Sean (voice of Ken Sato, Ultraman: Rising) and Tsuburaya Productions as we discuss what’s in store for the Ultraman franchise in North America. Featuring voice actors from Netflix’s Ultraman: Rising and the newly dubbed Ultraman Zero movies, a sneak peek at upcoming developments with Ultraman Arc, Marvel artists unveiling their gorgeous Ultraman Card Game art, and special live appearances by Ultra Heroes and Kaiju! Have your cameras ready!
